AJPW 5-30-2010. Tokyo Dome Show Only on PPV.

Live from the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan for a crowd of 35,000 out of 55,000 in capacity. The Ring Announcer for the evening is Eiiji Namura, while Kishin Kawabata and Shinji Ogata give the commentary. Also for Ring Side Interviews will be Shinji Ogata. Until a Commissioner is announced Hiroshi Hase, Vice President of All Japan will be running the show tonight.

Dark Matches

1. Don “The Predator” Frye defeated Giant Bernard with an arm bar submission.

2. The Motor City Machine Guns defeated El Generico and Kenny King.

Hiroshi Hase came out and said tonight would be the second round and Semi Finals off the WWA/AJPW Triple Crown!!!

NWA/AJPW Triple Crown Tournament Round 2

1. “The Kutlu Warrior” Jonathan Stewart defeated Kensuke Sasaki

2. Johnny “The Tank” Woods defeated Kenta Kobashi

3. Naoya Ogawa defeated Jun Akiyama

4. Go Shiozaki defeated “The Shooter” Brent Albright

Exhibition Matches

5. Matt Morgan defeated Scott Norton with a “Choke Slam”.

6. NWA All Asian Tag Team Championship. Bob Sapp and Big Van Vader wrestled Scott Hall and Sean Waltman to a draw when the Dudley Boyz came out and interfered. The match continue but would end to a time limit draw. The brawl continued until officials had to break things up.

NWA/AJPW Triple Crown Semi Finals

7. Johnny “The Tank” Woods pulled a major upset and defeated “The Kutlu Warrior” Jonathan Stewart.

8. Go Shiozaki pulled a major upset and defeated Naoya Ogawa to move onto the finals for the NWA/AJPW Triple Crown at the Battle of the Busch.

9. NWA World Heavyweight Championship. “The Great Muta” Keiji Mutoh would wrestle “Bad Attitude” Brandon Myers in what was said to be Keiji Mutoh’s last match ever. Harley Rave was along side Myers and these two put in a classic showing. However Mutoh won the match after using the “Muta Lock” and forcing the World Champion to submit, thus setting up a three way match at the Battle of the Busch for the World Heavyweight Championship!

WINNER AND NEW NWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION “THE GREAT MUTA” KEIJI MUTOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
